In a career that has included corporate boardrooms, international war zones and virtually everything in between, Kathleen has developed and honed a unique and highly effective set of skills. Her extensive professional and personal experience has given her the ability to know when to listen, when to advise, when to cajole and, essentially, when it’s time to inject a little humour into the conversation.
Kathleen’s ability to advise on difficult conversations, facilitate solving problems strategically and support clients dealing with trauma equips her to coach people through a wide range of challenging situations.
I feel very lucky to have found the vocation I was meant to have. It is a privilege to talk to people with varying life dilemmas, and to feel that the dialogues have been mutually enriching. One of the pleasures of growing older is that I can bring a fuller range of experience and understanding to the situation at hand.
